- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) using simplified acquisition procedures, with ADA Technologies, Inc., Littleton, CO, for the development of evaluated set of measurement needs in the field of Nanotechnology/Environmental Health and Safety with an option for further development work. This work is follow-on to previous successful work in the development of methodologies for this project. As a result of the proprietary knowledge gained in the current project, ADA Technologies is the only source able to perform the entire body of required work.
