- Solicitation number SPM4A7-08-R-0583, NSN 1650-01-172-9451 for Accumulator, Hydraulic. This is a weapons systems critical application AV-8 Aircraft Item. Configuration control applies for this item. Solicitation is unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Approved source: Messier Dowty Ltd, Cage Code (K0654), part number 104620001. No data is available. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is a firm-fixed price contract for a quantity of 28 each with a possible 100% option. Requested delivery 165 DARO, FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
