- Description
- Aluminum frame folding cot with tufron cover, NSN 7105-01-154-3865. The Defense Supply Center Phila. anticipates the award of a five-year IQC consisting of 2 base years with 3 one-year option periods, conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12. The estimated dollar value inclusive of options is approximately $5.3M. The requested delivery will be IPG 01 - 2 days, IPG 02 - 5 days, IPG 03 - 12 days, and stock 30 days. The RFP will be issued as a brand name or equal item description, on an FOB destination basis, and will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures/Tradeoffs. Please refer to FAR 52.211-6 for "Brand Name or Equal" regulation. DFARS clause 252.225-7012 (Berry Amendment) will apply. This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The anticipated RFP issue date is Dec. 2007. The address for responses to the RFP will be cited in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted for approximately 21 days. The anticipated award date is June 2008. Copies of the RFP will be available on DIBBS at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by DSCP.
