NSN(s): 1095-01-365-5731 Item Description: Rack, Bomb Ejector A, This is an Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) Ratheaon (075E5), Klune (05DN8), Marvin Engineering (32067) and Solo Enterprises (09245) are the only approved sources for this item. Government FAT required; 2 units 180 days for test report. Government PLT required: 2 units, allow 60 days for test and written notification of Approval/Disapproval. No Waived Sources. JCP certification required prior to award. Drawing Number : 30003 1348AS1010, Specification Number : 16236 SQAP013655731, Quantity: 2876 each including 100% option, Destination Information: W25G1U New Cumberland PA, Delivery Schedule: RDD 12/22/08 ? date will be deducted from Solicitation date to receive accurate delivery time for the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): ( X )1, (X ) 9, ( X ) 23, ( X ) 26.
