- Description
- The US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA), is soliciting proposals to provide training, technical assistance, and evaluation of the Disability Program Navigator (DNP) Initiatives funded under the Worker Incentive Grant (WIG). The small business concern will support DOL/ETA and the Regional Federal Project Officers (FPOs) by providing information, resource development/dissemination, evaluation, training and technical assistance activities that promote the DPN Initiative's objectives. The period of performance for the contract will be 12 months from the date of execution plus four (4) 1-year options at the government?s discretion. A cost reimbursement type contract is contemplated being awarded under this solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611, with a $6.5 million size standard. Request for Proposals will be available on the FedBizOpps site at www.fedbizopps.gov, and the DOL site at http://www.doleta.gov/sga/rfp.cfm, approximately 15 days from the date of publication. Request for Proposals in hard copy form will not be available. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be March 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., local time. Request for proposals must cite DOL081ARP20143. Proposals are to be sent to and/or hand delivered to the above contracting office addressed to the attention of Mr. David Houston. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. No collect calls will be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the websites for any amendments made to this solicitation. Offerors interested in networking and or/or being placed on a bidder?s list for the above referenced RFP, please provide the Name and Address of Organization, Telephone number; and Point of Contact.
