- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 50,345 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 43,779 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must be available for occupancy no later than April 1, 2010. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Offered space must have a minimum of 22-foot center to center column spacing but 25-foot column spacing is preferred. Offered space can be located on no more than three (3) contiguous floors. Offered space must have the ability to house a 2,640 RSF column free area to be used as a training facility. Offered space must also have the ability to accommodate 600 RSF of reinforced slab to house/hold a high density filing system. The offeror must be able to provide four (4) reserved parking spaces within the building or within one block of the building.
