- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division is seeking to acquire the following items: (1) CLIN 0001 ? 2 each HP8564E refurbished spectrum analyzers (9KHz to 40 GHz); (2) CLIN 0002 ? 2 each HP 8481A Thermocouple Power Sensor (10 MHZ to 18 GHz); (3) CLIN 0003 ? 2 each HP 85025B RF Detectors (RF .01-26.5 GHz [ SMA Type]); and CLIN 0004 ? 1 each HP 85025A RF Detector (RF .01-26.5 GHz). The analyzers and components are used to support testing for the HERO Program and must be compatible with existing test systems without alterations of the test bed hardware, software, or cabling. CLIN 0001, spectrum analyzers, shall possess a 12-month commercial warranty. The equipment is no longer manufactured; therefore, used/refurnished analyzers will be procured. This requirement is set-aside 100% for participation by small business concerns. All deliveries are FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448 on or before 18 March 2008. This order will be on a firm, fixed price basis and award will be based on the ability to comply with the required stated herein and price. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Award eligibility requires offerors to possess a valid registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The closing date for this requirement is 14 March 2008 at 2:00 p.m. and the anticipated award date is 21 March 2008.
