- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision for the rental of one each new four wheel drive articulated wheel loader, without an operator, in accordance with the specifications. The wheel loader will be leased for the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, NJ. The contract award will be a firm fixed price for a period of 12 months. The NAICS code, FSC code and size standard for this procurement is 532412, W038 and $6.5 million, respectively. The procurement is issued as Unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The Request for Quotation will be posted on 10 March 2008. All quotes are due by close of business on 25 March 2008. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d) all solicitation documents will be limited to electronic medium using the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (https://www.neco.navy.mil). Downloading from this website is free of charge however, some specifications may take a considerable amount of time to download. Notification of any changes to this Request for Quotations (amendments) shall be posted on the NECO website. It is the quoter's responsibility to ensure that all amendments are downloaded from the NECO site and acknowledged in writing with their quotation. All quotations shall include the completed Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items at Clause 52.212-3 along with the quoter's CAGE Code and DUNS Number.
