- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract modification under contract N00019-05-C-0040 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, San Diego, CA. The modification will be for the non-recurring engineering for the modification of the BQM-74 Aerial Target ZL-5 Launcher and the BQM-74 Maintenance Stand to handle the Integrated Test Set (ITS) Engine Gas Temperature (EGT) probe. Northrop Grumman is the only known source with the access to the proprietary data, software and experienced personnel to perform the work in the time frame required without excessive duplication od costs to the Government.
