- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 25, 2008 with a proposal opening date of approximately 30 days following issuance. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description Plan and Fabricate World Trade Exhibits Derby Wharf, Salem Maritime National Historical Site, Salem Massachusetts. Solicitation Number R190008XXXX. The work to be executed under this contract is to provide exhibit planning, design development and production for exhibits on Salem, Massachusetts' role in world trade during the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed to design, fabricate and install these exhibits, all of which will be located on Derby Wharf at Salem Maritime National Historic Site. he National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is subject to P.L.100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and as such is open to all concerns regardless of size. The NAICS code for this project is 712110 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. The contract performance period is 330 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204, the estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The point of contact for this solicitation is Paul M.
