- Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to Upgrade Power, Building 1504, Fort Detrick, MD in accordance with Statement of Work and Drawings. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must request the package , in writing, before March 20, 2008. Contractors must be actively registered in CCR in order to receive the solicitation package. Solicitation released o/a 25 Mar; Site visit o/a 8 Apr; Technical questions due o/a 15 Apr and Bids due o/a 29 Apr. Please refer to solicitation document for firm dates. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable. No telephone calls will be accepted.
