- This is a non-personal service, commercial acquisition for Maintenance/Technical Support and License Fee authorizing the use of the Government-owned Vista Software System for the Blood Bank located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-08-R-0079 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. The license fees include the Oracle license. Period of Performance is from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009 (base year plus four option years). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source set-aside (Note 22) to Gambro BCT.
