- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Exeter Resear ch Inc, 80 Haigh Road, Brentwood, NH 03833. This is for the Exeter 30/45/60 and Exeter Impact plus Computerized Testing System to conduct physical testing of footwear for injury reduction. The Exeter Research Impact Tester and Flex Tester is standard in dustry test methods for both shock Attenuation and Forefoot Flexibility and no other test method and/or piece of test equipment may substitute for US Army Combat footwear requirement.
