- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York has a requirement for Defensive Combative Training for the 103rd Para Rescue Squadron at the 106th Rescue Wing. The services will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-08-T-0013 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, effective 28 February 2008.
