- We intend to award a sole source contract to Apogee Labs Inc., 210 South Third Street, North Wales, PA 19454, to purchase one (1) Modular Telemetry Interface System Components Interface Chassis, Clock Phase Correction Bus Interface Module, Bus Inte rface Module and Bus Output Module. The Modular Telemetry Interface System Components are able to expand from 3 to 4 operational processing systems. The Modular Telemetry Interface System Components are only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Apo gee Labs Inc,who has proprietary rights. The Interface System is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other S upplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
