- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for fourteen (14) Digital Network Copiers and associated maintenance/services for a Basic 1-year period of performance with Four 1-year options for maintenance/service s to fourteen (14) various addresses and locations. Please access the Purchase Description for a list of the various addresses and locations and the Proposal Summary at website http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm. Requirement is a total HUB -Zone set-aside. Award shall be made to the offeror who meets all the specifications in the purchase description, provides the required maintenance/services, who is technically acceptable, and submits a low priced proposal. The applicable NAICS Code is 333 315 with 500 employees. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. This is a Firm Fixed Price award. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website http://www.ccr.gov if you are not registered in the CCR at the time of award, your proposal will be disqualified. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 5 2.219-14, FAR 52.222-3, 52,222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, FAR 52.232.33, FAR 52.232-36, DFARS 252.212-7000, 252.225-7015.
