- Provide a best of breed Automated Annual Performance Planning and Assessment Tool/software solution (hereafter referred to as Faculty Contribution Assessment Plan (FCAP) System) that is web enabled, easily administered by DAU personnel, easy for user s (Managers and employees) to access and understand, provides flexible reporting capability and superior functionality. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Companies. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will be available on FedBizOps on or about 12 March 2008 with a response date of 19 March 2008.
