- Note 22 applies. This purchase is for 10 Residents in Aerospace Medicine (RAMs) to obtain the required board certification in Aerospace Medicine. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
