- Description
- This is a notice that the 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to L-3 Communications, Narda Satellite Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The item being procurred are: 2.4M FTSAT with four RF Frequency Bands (C-, X-, Ku- and Ka-Band), FTSAT L-Band Interface Adaption, Tri-Band HPA (AN/USC-60A Spoke) with transit case, Consumable Parts Kit and Basic O&M Training ? 3 days, 15 students @ L-3 Satellite Networks. This notice is not a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
