- Contractor shall provide technical and administrative services for Department of Veterans Affairs Medical in Washington, DC from date of award to April 15, 2008, subject to the availability of funds. Services will require the application writing of the 2008 submission to the Carey Award. Technical Factors are: The Contractor shall provide a broad range of academic and technical knowledge and experience in demonstrating a historical understand of the Baldrige Criteria; The Contractor should have proven expertise in assisting organizations with compiling and writing a Baldrige application; The Contractor should have expert familiarity with the health care Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence; The Contractor's experience with the VA culture and network organizational structure and facility relationships is desired; The Contractor shall be familiar with, and, as applicable, compliant with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1966, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act of 1974.
