The Federal Protective Servics plans to solicit and award a sole-source purchase order to NICE Systems, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for upgrades to the NICE-Freedom Recording System located at the Denver Mega Center in Denver, CO. The subject procurement includes NICE-Freedom recording System includes proprietary infromation, which must be sole-sourced to NICE Systems.
