- This is a Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE SOLICITATION; A SEPERATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, multiple purchase orders using fixed labor rates. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be approximately twelve months. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541611. The Statement of Work and Deliverables are attached. These consulting services will be performed on-site at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Baltimore, Maryland. The contractor will provide analytic assistance to support CMS?s close-out and transition period administration of the legacy Medicare fiscal intermediary and carrier contracts in accord with the attached Statement of Work.
