- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 2915-01-083-8477, ?Tube and Bushing Assembly?, requirement document 0017743226, and approved sources of supply: Honeywell International Inc. (06848). Item is identified as critical application item, Destination inspection and acceptance required, FOB Destination; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 280 pieces. All items 280 pieces, required delivery 277 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) . ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
