- Subject RFQ will be issued on an Unrestricted Basis for the procurement of 1,200 units of the Groin Protector (NSNs: 8415-01-519-7771/7772) as part numbers (P/Ns: EPC M BK; EPC L RD) cage 1JWP8 (Title Boxing LLC) or equal. Please note that the Groin Protectors are to be made with hook and loop closures. The Groin Protectors will be delivered to the Albany, GA depot and will require one (1) delivery to begin 30 days on or before date of award. The Government will be using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in the solicitation for the 1,200 Groin Protectors. Please be advised that this is a pre-solicitation notice and that the solicitation should be available on DIBBS on or around the week of March 24, 2008.
