- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace and repair existing high voltage 15KV switches, transformer and rewiring to loop feed configuration located at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Key West, Florida. Estimated construction price range is $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 240 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238210. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $13.0 million. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. Solicitation, Specification and Drawings will be posted on March 18, 2008. All amendments and any pertinent information to this solicitation will be posted electronically at this website. To receive immediate notification of all changes posted electronically, vendors should click on [Register to Receive Notification]. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation, should click on [Register as Interested Vendor].
