- Lease one 30' Articulating Boom Lift for Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Fuel Department for Fall Protection Project, PH, Oahu, HI. The Contractor shall furnish one each 30? Electric Articulating Boom Lift for narrow aisle with zero turntable tail spin (e.g., Genie A30/20N). Delivery and pickup of lease equipment shall be at FISC, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide all maintenance and repair of lease equipment at no additional cost to the Government. All maintenance and repair of lease equipment shall be provided by the Contractor at the location/site of the lease equipment. Lease equipment which cannot reasonably be repaired at the location /site during the lease period, as determined by the Contractor within 24 hours after notification of the equipment being down, shall be replaced with a Government accepted replacement at no cost to the Government, as soon as possible, but no longer than three working days of the Contractors dete rmination. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532412 and the annual size standard is $6,500,000.00. The contract term will be a base period of five months plus one option year. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 17 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No information exists on prior contracts. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business (SB).
