- Description
- This is a request for information only. There is no solicitation package available. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst is seeking sources that may be capable of providing Air Flasks, P/N 509040-1 Rev. H, in support of the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Program (ALRE). The air flask is a spherical shape, unfired pressure vessel, designated for use with air or nitrogen and used on the Launcher system. This anticipated requirement contains Technical Data subject to Export Control Laws, see note 8. The requirement will be for a total production quantity of four (4) units, produced in accordance with the Government Drawings and Specifications. Configuration Management per MIL-STD 973 is required. There will be higher level contract quality requirements. Some testing may be required. The Government is seeking potential sources for this requirement.
