- Description
- Groundwater sampling services that furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other incidentals required to perform annual groundwater sampling per the compliance requirements of the Wyoming State permits at the Old Faithful, Madison, Fishing Bridge, and Grant wastewater treatment plants and produce a written report in accordance with the Statement of Work. Award will be for one base year, and up to four option years. The requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside 100% for small business. Award will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable with the following evaluation factors considered: Past Performance, Prior Experience and Techncial Capability of key personnel. For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System code is 541620 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.5 Million. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about March 20, 2008 and the date and time for receipt of proposals will be on or about April 21, 2008 at 02:00 pm MST, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. RFP N1574080049 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov or check the website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after March 20, 2008 in order to access the RFP and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which, if timely received, shall be considered. Proposals may be submitted electronically.
