- Construction Project: Clarkston Levee Annunciation Upgrades. The work involves upgrading the existing pumping plant annunciation system for the Lewiston Levees. Work includes (1) Installation at one central site and five remote pumping plants; (2) Furnishing and installing new PLC (programmable logic control) system with new radio network; (3) Furnishing and installing new conduit and wiring from existing motor control centers to PLCs; (4) Furnishing and installing new touch screen HMI at the Clarks ton, WA Resources Office; (5) Providing PLC and HMI screen programming, startup/commissioning, and system training for Government personnel; and (6) Installing hydrocarbon sensors at four pumping plants. Invitation for Bids No. W912EF-08-B-0005 is expec ted to be posted to available to bidders on or about March 18, 2008, posted to the FedTeds website. Bids will be opened no sooner than 30 days after actual solicitation issue date. An organized site visit will be offered approximately two weeks after the s olicitation is issued. See solicitation for details about the site visit. Solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Small business size standard for NAICS 238210 is $13,00 0,000 or less in average annual receipts.
