- The point of contact for this action is Rosalind McFadden, Contracting Specialist, e-mail rosalind.p.mcfadden@us.army.mil The U.S. Army Contracting Agency; Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely as prescri bed in (FAR 6.302-1) Secureaplane Technologies, Inc., 10831 North Mavinee Drive, Tucson, AZ 85737 The contractor shall provide a complete STC design and installation kit for converting B737-300 PAX Cargo compartment from Class D to Class C. North American Industry Classification System AICS for this requirement is 336413 and the size standard is 1,000.
