- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), 2111 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22201, to pay in aggregate for the individual registration fees for government personnel attending the 2008 Homeland Security S&T Stakeholders Conference East, which will take place in Washington, DC on June 2 through 5, 2008. NDIA is the sole source of registration for the conference.
