- Description
- The Forest Service, Southwestern Region, has a requirement for Appraisal Services. The work consists of appraisals of 7 typical lots on three National Forests in Arizona. Separate reports are required for each typical lot appraisal. Each appraisal report shall be a self contained appraisal report that provides an estimate of market value for the estate and shall conform to the current edition of USPAP, as well as UASFLA. This project is 100% set-aside for small business - NAICS code is 531320. Solicitation will be issued/available on FedBizOps on or about March 18, 2008.
