Issue Date March 31, 2008, Closing Date: April 30, 2008. Subject item is noncommercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 178 DARO. Subject RFP contains a 100% Option. Subject item is sole source to Kearfott Guidance & Navigation, cage 05088, P/N 315415. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
