- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to renovate the second Deck of Bldg. 70 at the USCG Yard, Baltimore, MD. Work includes but it not limited to the following: demo and interior renovation of approx. 7,720 sf of existing second floor office space, including removal of interior partitions, acoustical tile ceiling, electrical lighting/power and existing finishes. New work to include installation of new electrical conduit for new lighting, power and connection to new pre-wired systems furniture. Installation of new gypsum board partitions, doors, frames hardware and new finishes including new vinyl plank flooring, carpeting and ceiling tile will be required. Repair of the existing substrates for new work will be required. Includes a CLIN for Systems Furniture, Office Decks, Bookcases, Files, Lounge Seating and other pieces of furniture and a CLIN for the 1st Floor Conference Room. The contractor must perform a minimum of 15% of the work with its own workforce. This procurement is a SDVOSB SET-ASIDE. The NAICS Code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $31.0M. The estimated range is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Period of Performance is six months from NTP. The Due Date for offers will be annotated on the Solicitation (SF-1442) when issued. A Bid Bond is required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List will be available thru FedBizOpps after the solicitation is issued. Upon award, a notice will be posted in FedBizOpps. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS WILL BE HONORED. Results will be posted at time of award notification. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. The U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland website at: http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/ceucleveland may be used as a link to the FedBizOpps website and contains other useful information. The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation the contractor will be required to be registered in CCR and have a MPIN (Marketing Partner ID Number).
