Commercial and critical item. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The end application for this item is a helicopter. This buy is UNRESTRICTED and DIBBS quotes are NOT acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package for review. Export Control applies. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Configuration Control applies. FOB and Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery is 30 days ARO. Contract will be awarded by DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
