Description

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to the combined synopsis / solicitation is to provide responses to vendor questions. All other dates and information, including the CLOSING DATE of MARCH 5, 2008 at 4:00 PM, remain the same. If offerors have additional questions or assumptions resulting from the solicitation or their inability to attend the site visit, they may identify them in their proposals. QUESTION: How far above is the supporting structure from the drop ceiling in each rooms? ANSWER: 8ft QUESTION: How high is the drop ceiling from the floor? ANSWER: 7ft QUESTION: Does AV cabling, which is re-installed within walls and above the ceiling required to be installed within conduit? ANSWER: No QUESTION: Is the contractor responsible for providing said conduit? ANSWER: No QUESTION: As per the solicitation, what are the ODCs? ANSWER: It is not certain that there will be ODCs associated with this requirement (for example, no need for travel is anticipated). However, offerors may feel the need to quote ODCs as a result of their interpretation of the solicitation or their findings in the site visit. Interested offerors were encouraged to attend the site visit to get a full sense of the needs at each site. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
