- Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA intends to issue Task Order 0003 with Colsa Corporation, under BOA N68936-04-G-0001. Provide software programming, test and integration efforts for implementing requirements to initialize and operate the MIDS terminal; process received Link-16 data for operator use, format EA-6B data for Link-16 transmission, and transfer control and display functions to and from the EA-6B Tactical Display System (TDS) and to define the Navy's requirements for the modification of the existing MIDS Mission Planning System (MPS) into a unique planning component (UPC) for compatibility with JMPS framework.
