- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) has a requirement for janitorial/custodial maintenance services at its Government-owned facilities located at the International Broadcasting Bureau Transmitting Station, Sites A and B, in the vicinity of Greenville, North Carolina. During the contract period, services will include custodial and maintenance assistance work primarily at the B-Site location with work at the A-Site facility to be performed on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide daily and special cleaning services as required and described in the Statement of Work. The period of performance will be for one base year, with 4 additional one-year option periods. The evaluation factors for award are included in the attached RFP document. Offerors interested in receiving a copy of the RFP may download it from this website This FBO notice is not a RFP, IFB, or RFQ. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. The annual range of services to be provided is estimated from $100,000 to $250,00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 Facilities Support Services, with size standard of $32.5M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the forthcoming solicitation document, and all proposals will be considered by the Agency (See Note 1).
