- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested, attachments to this announcement are included for completion. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This request is for a concessionaire contract for food service (cafeteria and lobby coffee bar) at the Office of Personnel Management Headquarters Theodore Roosevelt Building. This is a base period of five (5) years, with options from one to ten years at the discretion of the Government, not to exceed fifteen (15) years total. The attachments include cover letter, the Statement of Work (with DOL wage rates, pictures, floor plans, instructions to offerors), and Standard Form 18 (with FAR Clauses). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. Please follow all instructions and submit documents on required form to designated location (GSA Bid Room).
