- Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC) intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for a service of repair for a qualified marine repair firm specialized in shipboard electric motor and pump maintenance and repairs on the USNS Comfort. The solicitation number is N40442-08-T-5232, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). NAICS 811310 applies. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This is a small business set-aside. The following information is needed with your quote: Estimated breakdown cost of materials, Travel & Per Diem (Airline ticket/Vehicle rental/Per diem rate), Labor Rates (provide a copy of published hourly/daily labor rates documentation). Total man-hours, and number of technicians need to complete the job. The vessel availability is from March 8 ? April 15, 2008 in Baltimore, MD.
