- This procurement is set-aside for HubZone businesses small businesses only. The item to be purchased is a self-contained, advanced water treatment mobile research facility (MFR) The MFR shall be a trailer, Reefer semi-modified for access doors, windows, internal/external lighting, drainage, power distribution, telephone, air conditioning, grounding, leveling jacks, undercarriage storage, stairs, lab furniture, flooring, LAN, logo, graphics, letters, and cable ducting assemblies, pallet jack, etc. Specifications and drawings will be included as attachments to the solicitation. The following factors will be used to evaluate proposals: Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price. Estimated date of issuance of the solcitation is March 14, 2008.
