- Subject: S- Janitorial Services, U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Center, Port Charlotte FL, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District. SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912EP-08-T-0012 RESPONSE DATE: 28-March-2008 CONTRACT SPECIALIST NAME AND PHONE NUMBER: Edgardo Carrasquillo, 904-232-1792 US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intents to procure janitorial services for U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Center, Murdock Plaza, Unit G3 1700 Tamiami Trail Port C harlotte, FL 33948-1061. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment for janitorial services. The square footage for this location is 2,900 ft. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base yea r with five option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option years. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offers whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), w ill be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720; Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. So licitation W912EP-08-T-0012 will be issued on or about 7 March 2008 and offers due date on or about 28 March 2008. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website at https:/ /www.fedteds.gov/. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDOR USER GUID available on the FedTeDS website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must RESGITER T O RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in orde r to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
