- PRON: AX8Q0151AXAX, NSN: 6110-01-193-4832, PN: 222-375-060(-111), Quantity: 40 Each Minimum/240 Each Maximum 3-Year IDIQ applicable to the OH-58D. F.O.B Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 40 each due 260 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 and Goodrich Corporation, CAGE Code: 3CPE0 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified o n a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not i n Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however , solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
