The required delivery schedule without first article is anticipated to be 53 e ach 290 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Cage Code: 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award.
