Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Colorado Army National Guard requires a venue to include the following requirements for the weekend of 11-13 April 2008 for returning soldiers and their families. The location must b e West of the Denver Area and located no further West and the Beaver Creek/Avon area and must be withing 15 miles of I-70. Please submit any questions via e-mail to daniel.j.pagone@us.army.mil NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Thank you for supporting the Colorado National Guard. Training Requirements: ? Three conference rooms to conduct training. - 1 room, maximum capacity of 30 set up in rounds. Include audio visual capability (screen, podium, wireless microphone). This room will be in use from 9: 00-3:00 Saturday and Sunday. Light refreshments set out by 8:00 Saturday and Sunday morning. - 2 rooms, maximum capacity of 15 chairs arranged in a circle. No AV support needed. This room will be in use Saturday only from 9:00-12:00. - 1 room s et up conference style to be used for youth program. ? 2 tables set up at hotel registration area Friday night for guest registration. Freedom Salute Dinner Requirements: ? One room with a maximum capacity of 30 people set in banquet style arrangements. ? Buffet dinner for 30 people cost within government per diem rate. ? Audiovisual support needed. Podium and wireless microphone needed. ? Cash bar in the banquet room during dinner. ? 3 long banquet tables placed at fron t of room for awards. Lodging Requirements: ? 20 rooms at the government per diem rate to be paid via contract ? 1 condo available for daycare needs
