- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to renovate building 340 at Camp Parks, Dublin, CA 94568. Demolition work to include removal of approximately 8 square feet of asbestos at 42 loca tions. Remove 42 HVAC units, windows, existing carpeting, doors, one roof top cooling unit, restroom sink, toilet and plumbing and one wall (24 ft x 12 ft). Provide and install 42 HVAC units , one 30 ton high efficiency heating and cooling package, nece ssary electrical, plumbing, carpentry, carpeting (approx 4000 sq ft), painting (approx 6000 sq ft), a hinged wall partition, ceiling fans all in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the upcoming solicitation. The period of performance is on e hundred twenty (120) days after notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220/1542, $31,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, th is acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Interested HUBZone small business firms can view and download the bid package which will be numbered W912CJ08B0004 from fedbizzops (www.fbo.gov) in approximately 15 days (on or around March 15, 2008) The bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
