- SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide a professional, Im mersive Screenwriting Workshop for the Deputy Chief of Staff at Fort Monroe, VA. The potential vendor shall be able to design, develop and deliver a Screenwriting Workshop to expose Army trainers to story structure as well as principles of story design an d story writing to include the following topics: Screenplay Structure, Dialogue, Theme, Conflict, Flashbacks, Character Development, Subtext and Visual Thinking. Vendor shall produce and duplicate student workbooks and materials as needed. The potential vendor shall provide detailed information showing their ability to provide the following: (1). a six day, 8-hour consecutive day Screenwriting Seminar. (2). the ability to provide adequate facilities for the Screenwriting Seminar. (3). the ability to pr ovide highly qualified personnel to fulfill the requirement. The NAICS Code is 611710, Educational Support Services. Information provided should include the following information: size of company (i.e., 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), num ber of employees, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back three years, and your companys capability to do this type of work.
