- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice to purchase a TI:Sapphire Ring Laser System for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). This procurement is unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 334413. The business size standard is 500 employees. The required item is commercial in nature; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will apply to this acquisition. Required delivery time is 20 weeks ARO. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about March 14, 2008. No paper copies will be issued.
