Description
PR IQC0731000900, 5962-01-068-2623. Approved source(s): Raytheon (05869) P/N 755002A7710-1; Micro-Precision Technologies (0F962) P/N CP9292; both to be in accordance with Quartermaster General (87990) Drawing 755002A7710. The requirement is for up to 50 each in 60 days and each additional 50 each or less every 30 days thereafter. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites (continental United States) will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 17 March 2008. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Prices are requested for various ranges for the base year and 2 option years. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
