- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4410-08-Q-2013. This RFQ is for the removal and disposal of tires and scrap rubber at DRMO Warner Robins, GA and various other locations in Georgia that are listed in section B.7 of the solicitation.
